Can I buy online or pay over the phone?
No. All purchases must be made in person at The Clearance Center.
Is financing available?
No. We accept cash, credit, debit and gift cards from most major credit card providers such as Visa and MasterCard.
Is delivery available?
Yes. Local delivery in the Akron/Canton area is $109 for one piece or an entire house of furniture. Delivery includes set up and could be as soon as the next day. Delivery to other areas, such as Cleveland and Youngstown, is $129. Delivery days are Monday through Friday. We do not remove or discard your old furniture.
Can I put down a deposit to hold an item?
No. All items must be paid for in full at the time of purchase.
How soon before I can pickup my purchased items?
You can take them right then and there. Or, you have up to thirty days from purchase date to pick them up. We will help you load your items into your vehicle. Twine, cardboard and plastic is available to protect your items during transit. However, you are responsible to secure your load onto your vehicle.
I saw something I liked but it was marked as sold. Can I order one?
No. Although special ordering is not available, the desired item may be on order and expected in soon. Please make sure to speak with an associate. If you would like we can take your name and number and call when the shipment comes in. The next order could be in as soon as a week.
